Every single time I log on it redownloads the patch, a 20k files patch is downloaded every time I get on :-/ I just downloaded this game last night. The second time I signed on I needed to redownload the whole game as well as this patch that it makes me download every time.

I bought the game online and downloaded it online.

Either your client simply hasn't finished downloading and decompressing(you can actually play the game before its finished) or your original download was corrupted.

I would suggest deleting and doing a fresh install using the -image command switch. It usually takes a while, so do it before you go to sleep or are busy with something else for a few hours.
